Rick Kayler-Thomson is currently a Grade 3/4 teacher at Bellaire PS in Australia with 5 years experience. For the past 4 years Rick has taught in the Grade 5/6 Senior Learning Unit at Bellaire. Rick teaches across all curriculum areas with a particular focus upon using blogs, wikis, online social networking and video conferencing to foster community engagement with his students. Andrew Thomas is a Grade 1/2 teacher at Bellaire PS in Australia with 3 years experience. Andrew teaches across all curriculum areas with a particular focus upon using and enabling Web 2.0 technology and video making in the classroom. He is primarily responsible for the use of photo slideshows, tutorial videos, fun videos, the use of Skype as a classroom tutorial tool between junior and senior students and video conferencing across the Grade 1/2 unit at the school.
